Getting started

  1. Create a team and pick your sport. Positions, match length and players on are filled in for you; change them under Setup.
  2. Add your squad under Squad. Paste a list of names separated by commas or new lines to add them all at once.
  3. Create a match plan under Matches and start planning.

Want to see a finished example first? On an empty home screen tap Explore an example team, or go to Settings → Add the example team.

Planning a match

Checking the plan

The coloured bar under the plan shows every moment of the match. Tap it to see what's wrong at that point.

Live match clock

Tap ▶ Live at the top of a match plan on match day.

The live clock follows your plan; it doesn't change the plan or the minutes.

Fair share and keepers

With equal playing time on, each player's minutes are coloured against their fair share: green is fair (within 10% or a minute), amber is a bit under, red well under, blue over. It's a guide, not a rule. Nobody wants two-minute stints just to make the numbers exact.

Choose how goalkeeping counts in Setup → GK and equal time:

Keeper minutes are always tallied separately, so you can share keeping fairly over a season too.

Tap the fair share at the top of a plan to see exactly how it was worked out. A player who isn't playing but hasn't been marked absent still counts, which lowers everyone's share; the explanation lists anyone like that so you can mark them absent in one tap.

Tournaments

Season minutes

The Minutes tab totals every player's time across your matches: outfield and keeper minutes, games played and absences. Filter by season, match type (league, cup, tournament, friendly) or a single competition, and sort by fewest minutes to see who's owed time. Add seasons under Setup → Seasons.

Minutes come from your match plans, so they assume the game went to plan. Use Share to send a tidy summary to parents, or download a spreadsheet.

Your data and backups

Everything stays on your phone. There's no account and nothing is uploaded (see the privacy policy). That also means:

Installing on your phone

Once installed it works offline, so it's fine with no signal at the pitch. Updates arrive by themselves: if something looks out of date, close the app fully and open it again.
